Jiangsu Yiming Biological Technology Co., Ltd was Founded in August 1998, covering an area of 75000 m2. There are 2 plants, three branches. It is now a member of China Food Additives and Ingredients and a High-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province.

The company mainly engaged in bio-engineering food additives and ingredients, medicine and other product development, production and sales of existing products: transglutaminase, lipase, Curdlan, polylysine and so on, which are based on biological fermentation of natural food additives. It is the second company in the world after Japan Ajinomoto Co., Ltd., and the first enterprise in China to produce glutamine aminotransferase (MTG) by microbial fermentation.
